Martin Family Dentistry is located in Versailles, KY. Dr. Martin practices general and cosmetic dentistry for the entire family. Dr. Martin strives to provide each patient with the level of care that the patient desires. It is her wish that each patient be treated as an individual and she devotes time to developing a relationship with her patients.
Meet Sharon Whitley. She is the first person that you will talk to at Martin Family Dentistry. Sharon answers the phone, schedules appointments, works with insurance companies and is your assistant in scheduling appointments with other doctors.
Sharon graduated from Bryan Station High School and attended UK. She grew up in Lexington and has lived in Nicholasville and Nonesuch. She is married to Mike and has two children, Matthew and Megan. Both children graduated from WCHS.
Sharon is extremely patient oriented. Though her main job is at the front desk, she is cross trained in dental assisting and implementing our disinfection and sterilization program.
In her spare time she enjoys UK basketball and football, working with stained glass, her dog Ellie (a Corgi), cooking, hanging out with her family and working at the military mission.
Cindy Eldridge, RDH
Cindy attended and graduated from LCA, in Lexington KY. She completed her dental hygiene degree at BCTCS and graduated in 2006. She is actively learning by taking continuing education classes to help her patients achieve better oral health. She finds her work rewarding, especially inspiring her patients to improve their oral health which we now know can improve their overall health.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys crafting, baking awesome cakes and decorating her house. She is currently training for a Half- Ironman scheduled for 2015.
Rita works at Martin Family Dentistry part time. She works on our hygiene recall program, our referral incentive program and assists Sharon in any aspect of office management.
Rita graduated from Tates' Creek High School and has an Associates degree in Business Management from Lexington Community College in Lexington, KY. She has over 20 years of experience in the dental field, however she has also worked in cardiology at St. Joseph Hospital.
When Rita isn't at work she enjoys spending time with her family, walking, collecting lapel pins and packing boxes for soldiers at the Military Mission in Lexington, KY>
Olga has been a part of our team since July 2013. She holds a dental assisting degree and has a certificate in dental radiology and coronal polishing. She attended Medical College in Ukraine for Midwifery. Olga also is a Professional Medical Interpreter as she speaks Ukrainian and Russian as well as English.
In her time away from dentistry, Olga makes natural soaps and bath salts. She grows her own herbs and spices for tea and cooking.
